Similarly, when you purchase access to Group Optimizer’s services, you are granted full access to our tools. This completes our commitment to you as a service provider, making refunds ineligible.

Lifetime Deal Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy exclusively for Lifetime Deals under the following conditions:

• If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a refund.
• However, for the duration you have used the tools, a service fee of up to 750 TK will be deducted.
• The remaining amount will be refunded.
